About dr. wormhole

I have long believed in the importance of art.
I have believed in its power to make us look at the world differently, to look at ourselves more honestly and more closely, to view other people more compassionately, to learn about what it means to be human.

We live in a culture where art is always being offered to us as someone’s product (or that someone offers themselves as the product) and it has caused too many of us to become skeptical of art, to fear it as the thing that makes one “pretentious”. Throughout my life I have felt similar things, yet as I continue to listen to music music, to read books and watch films, to travel to museums galleries, and to talk with friends about what we do with our creative impulses…and whenever I do any of these things I always feel something.

dr wormhole is where I will share my thoughts and feelings on the things that I engage with. It is my hope that there will be some folks that find this site and find a kindred spirit here. To you, wherever and whenever you might see this.
Keep creating. Keep engaging.

  1. Hey dr. wormhole, thank you for the kind words! I’ve only just seen this. Get in touch with me if you still haven’t picked up a copy. If you have and you’re going to Locust Moon Fest on the 25th bring it and I will do a drawing in it for you. Keep on, -gregory
