Impressive Blog: Writers No One Reads

Writers No One Reads is an amazing blog, which would not have surprised me so much had I noticed the sidebar earlier, announcing that the blog is “brought to [us]” by 50wattsInvisible Stories, and (un)justly (un)read – all excellent blogs in their own right.  Anyway, I came across Writers No One Reads for the first time today and found myself reading an interesting piece on one Alexander Vasilievich Chayanov.  Where Wikipedia notes him as as agrarian economist and advocate of cooperatives (which dr wormhole is all about), WNOR talks about the five self-published Gothic stories that the Russian Mr. Chayanov wrote between 1918 and 1929.  Read the entire article over at WNOR but while take a look at the unbelievable illustrations that accompanied some of Mr. Chayanov’s work all those years back (courtesy of Writers No One Reads).
